Labor Preparation Massage (39+ Weeks)

As your due date approaches, your body is working hard to prepare for labor. Our Natural Labor Induction Massage is designed to help you relax, release tension, and support your body’s natural readiness for birth.
This specialized massage focuses on areas that commonly hold tension during late pregnancy, including the hips, glutes, lower back, pelvis, and legs. By helping the body relax and unwind, many mothers experience improved comfort, better sleep, and a greater sense of physical and emotional readiness for labor.
When appropriate, gentle acupressure techniques may be incorporated to encourage relaxation and support the body’s natural production of oxytocin, the hormone associated with labor, bonding, and relaxation.
