A key element during this stage is Closing of the Hips, a traditional postpartum practice that supports the body after months of physical and emotional opening.

Closing of the Hips uses gentle positioning, intentional touch, and supportive wrapping to help the pelvis and hips feel contained and supported again. This practice helps:

  • Ease lingering hip and lower back tension
