Here, every session is intentionally designed by Liliana, founder of Lilies Healing Hands, to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and find peace through gentle, mindful touch.
Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or simply in need of time to recharge, this space was created with you in mind a place where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel renewed from the inside out.
Liliana brings over 15 years of experience and a passion for supporting women through every stage of motherhood. Her sessions blend intuitive healing, body alignment, energy balance, and therapeutic touch to bring comfort and connection to the body and soul.
With a background as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor, and International Infant Massage Educator, Liliana’s approach goes beyond massage it’s a holistic experience of care, compassion, and restoration.
